The $20/month subscription covers any maintenance and updates necessary to the programming if the source feed changes in any way.

If you do not host with goffgrafix.com, then you need to make sure that your hosting includes support for php 5 and has a mysql database. Your server also needs to be able to do cron jobs. The goffgrafix.com package also comes with reporting capabilities. Inquiries made on listings will be stored in your database so that you can retrieve contact information and export the data to excel. You can filter the reports by LINKID, town and property type.

You need to have a valid license key from LINKMV before I can begin installing the programming on your website.
